This privacy policy explains the documented ways Missouri Bible Studies collects and manages information submitted through its email signup and contact features.
Email signup information
When an email signup form is presented, it invites you to leave your email for future Missouri Bible Studies updates. The form asks for your email address and explicit agreement to: “I agree to receive email updates from Missouri Bible Studies.”
The signup system stores your email address, a hash used to identify duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database. They remain until an authorized administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
The signup system also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These temporary records are periodically cleaned up.
This feature collects addresses for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe features require separate configuration, so submitting a form does not indicate a particular mailing schedule.
Contact messages
If you contact Missouri Bible Studies, your message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your question.
Access and removal requests
Authorized administrators can view, export, and remove newsletter signup records. These records also work with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
To ask what signup information is associated with your email address, or to request its removal, email contact@mobible.org. Please identify the email address used for the signup so the correct record can be located.
Your choices
Providing an email address through a signup form is optional. You may request removal of a newsletter record through the contact address above. If email delivery is configured in the future, available message preferences will depend on that configuration.
Other websites
Missouri Bible Studies may link to other websites. Those sites maintain their own privacy information and may handle data differently. Review their policies before submitting personal information.
